The Canon in D was written before 1700 by German composer Johann Pachelbel. Like many pieces of that era it remained forgotten for several centuries until it was revived again around 1919.  This piece has been very popular for playing at weddings and other joyous occasions.

Please enjoy this easy piano arrangement of Canon in D with two sharps.  This is a late beginner, early intermediate level of difficulty so hands separate practice in 4 to 8 measures at a time is recommended for best results in the shortest amount of time.
