How to Build Piano Finger Strength
Use the following 3 steps to build piano finger strength.
1. Play each exercise Legato or smoothly and connecting each note.
2. Play each exercise Staccato or detached and as short as possible to build each finger muscle even more.
3. Play each exercise in two note slurs which means connecting the first two notes then lifting the hand slightly and then connecting the next two notes.

Piano Finger Exercise With Ball in Hand
To gain the maximum benefit, try to play on the tips on your fingers instead of on your finger pads.
Keep your shoulders, arms and wrists as relaxed as possible. Next, simply draw your finger tips toward yourself with curved fingers as if holding a ball.
