1.  Place the left hand 5th finger on Bass F (the first F below middle C on the piano keyboard) to begin this finger exercise.

2.  Only the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th fingers of the left hand will be used in this finger exercise.

3.  Be sure to SAY each letter name as you play it in order to quickly and easily memorize the left hand F-G-A-B note group.

4.  Please use the following fingering for the first line of this exercise:

5 4 3 2    5 4 3 2    5 4 5 4    3 4 5 5

Based on the above fingering for the first line of this exercise use the same finger assignment on the rest of the piece.  Use the following table if you need help remembering fingering:

5th finger plays bass clef F

4th finger plays bass clef G

3rd finger plays bass clef A

2nd finger plays bass clef B

Best Results From Repetition

As with all piano finger exercises, best results from repetition are achieved when practiced on a regular basis.  I suggest 5X Daily.
