  • I plan on acquiring an AKAI 25-note USB keyboard to link with my laptop in order to learn to play my GrandOrgue VPO setup (3 Manuals and 25 Pedals) I just finished building. My wife wants me to take lessons and get beyond "playing by ear", always in F# (??) all black keys. At age 78 I don't expect virtuosity! I rebelled as a kid against my dear Mother's piano lessons. She was wonderful - studied and taught piano at the Philadelphia Conservatory.

A friend back in New Jersey recommended your site and I shall give it a try. I am spoiled with a good ear for music and the ability to electronically transpose on my VPO instrument. I found a downloadable Baldwin MIDI Grand for my laptop and will use it when going through your lessons. Thank you for your dedication to teach us how to enjoy God's gift of Music!
